Day 1: partner presentations of their schools and cities will
be presented by each team,
English Teacher of the Turkish organization will give practical training on the Clil
Methodology. Until March 2025, all partners will prepare a CLIL lesson on the cultural
heritage of their country or city.
Day 2: Portuguese partners will make a presentation on the
'Outdoor Learning' teaching
strategy and inform the participating teachers. Hungarian partner will make a presentation
on Interactive Learning types (such as Team-based learning, peer-to-peer learning,
braintsorming etc). Bulgarian partner will make a presentation on the use of storytelling
and drama in lessons.
Day 3: Each partner will introduce a web 2 tool that they
often use and apply in lessons.
The Bulgarian mobility will be discussed.
Day 1: Students will prepare a mind map using Tangible
Cultural Heritage with Web2 tools. Workshop-Create Your History: The student groups of each
country will prepare a vlog about their travels to Bulgaria, consisting of videos and
photographs they took during their journey.
Day 2: My Museum:All students will bring objects, tools or
items from their homes that belong to their own culture and traditions.Each country will
exhibit their products and students will tell the stories and backgrounds of the products
they brought. I am Your Tour Guide-Vratsa: Bulgarian students will take the guest
participants to the town of Vratsa,show the town's history and important buildings.
Day 3: Visit to History Museum, Brainstorm about museum
rules, Role Playing:After visiting the museum,cards about the historical figures and heroes
in the museum will be distributed to the participating students. Students will take on that
character and portray the person they choose by narrating events and the others will guess
that figure. Visit to Ethnografic complex Sofroniy Vrachanski
Day 4: Our Common Cultural Heritage: The Bulgarian
teachers establish a common cultural heritage connection with the historical buildings we
visit in the city. By dividing the students into groups, they ask them to do group work on
what we need to do to protect our common cultural heritage and pass it on to future
generations.
Day 1: Partner Countries' Presentations on 'Intangible
Cultural Heritage Item(s)' in their cities/countries- Partner teachers will make the
presentations by using 'Enhanced Lecture' strategy of Interactive Learning (Use of Web2
tools in presentations)
Day 2: Workshop1: Getting to know Hungarian String Band
Tradition. Students will watch an introductory video about this tradition, which is on the
UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity list. After watching the video students will
try traditional Hungarian Dance with Live String Band. Workshop2:Legends,Tales,Myths (Use of
Web2 Tools- Formative Assessment+Critical Thinking). Students in mixed groups will be given
time to research the legends, myths and tales of the countries assigned to them. Then, these
groups will present a legend, myth or tale of their choice using web 2 tools (Creating
avatars, digital story telling tools).
Day 3: A guided cultural visit to Ozd Abandoned Industrial
Site (Factory Area, Chimney Chatedral, the Big America Colony etc.)
Day 4: Each partner will enact an event (birth, death,
engagement, wedding) such as a ritual, ceremony or feast, one of its intangible cultural
elements.- Interactive learning, Role Play Strategy will be used.
Day 1: Partner Countries' Presentations on 'Natural Cultural
Heritage Item(s)' in their cities/countries
Day 2: Host school makes a presentation about 'Outdoor
Learning‚. Host school gives instructions about the outdoor learning activity 'City Hunt.
All participants will go to the center 'Praca do Comercio' and divide into mixed groups and
will get to know the city of Lisbon, its culture and the people living there, by fulfilling
the tasks given to them by the host school. (Duties: chat with a craftsman, take a photo in
the Square, try a street food-pastel de nata etc.) The event will end with a meeting at the
designated time in front of Arco da Rua Augusta. Visit to Torre de Belem.
Day 3: Guided hiking tour in Parques de Sintra Signs of
spring day: During the hiking tour in Sintra, students/learners will take photos of plants,
animals or any kind ofitems, formations which are according to them signs of spring has
come.
Day 4: Before coming to Portugal, each team will prepare a sample lesson plan for outdoor learning/experiential learning and they will make presentations about their lesson plans. Teachers have staff meeting, students have an activity at school garden with host school teachers. Students will devide into groups and try to collect as many objects as possible hidden in the school garden. Then each group will create a story according to items they collect.
